2020 MCA Virtual Conference

Attached you’ll find a flyer for our first-ever virtual conference to be held December 5th from the comfort of your home or office (or a beach somewhere warm). This is a different format than what was used for the past 2 webinars. We can host multiple sessions and an exhibitor hall.

Unlike our recent offerings, this format will NOT allow us to record any program for later viewing. It will only be a live event that day. Like other events, we will send an official invitation a day or two before the event allows you access under a specific sign-on and password. This will also grant you access to the classrooms, the exhibitor hall, and the Zoom platform we will use for our business meeting that day.

You’ll be eligible for up to 6 hours of CE that day at a very affordable price of $49 for members. We have also taken the liberty of getting 4 hours pre-approved with NCMIC as an added benefit to our doctors if you have NCMIC for your malpractice insurance. The 4 morning hour sessions with Dr. Gwilliam & Dr. Fucinari will credit you with 4 hours of CE combined with the COVID presentation, could give you as much as 6 hours towards the 8 hours required to get a discount on your malpractice
insurance.

We will maintain a virtual exhibitors hall during the event where many of our favorite vendors and supporters will maintain an electronic booth to provide information and answer any questions you might have. We strongly encourage you to visit those booths that day as a way to say thank you for
their sponsorship, helping keep our costs minimal. Look for special deals, prizes, and more from these friends of the MCA.

Lastly, one lucky registrant will receive a massage gun complete with a case, charger, and accessories as a door prize. The drawing will be held at the business meeting. These typically sell for up to $100.
