Come ski, hike, bike, paddle (and in your spare time practice) in Bethel!  

Three year old practice, located on the ground floor of an attractive landmark building right on Main St. For us this is a satellite location. We’ve been steadily building but I only work 20-24 hours a week. Practice style is mainly diversified adjusting, soft tissue work, and rehab. I will be relocating to and practicing in Portland.

Bethel is a growing, active community, and was recently voted America’s #1 ski town. We’ve tapped into that active population and see lots of ski and bike crashes, Gould students and faculty in addition to regular folks.

Current location: 19’ x 13’ room, comfortably accommodates a table, stand up desk, and small rehab space. Lots of natural light with 4 windows. Shared space includes a waiting area, kitchen, conference room, and two bathrooms. Potential for future expansion in adjacent offices. Very low overhead- basically $500 a month rent (which includes all utilities and WiFi) plus one landline.

Would work well for someone who wants to live in Bethel and put full-time energy into the practice, or for an established practice looking for a satellite location in a mountain town.

For 2021 grossed 85K and netted 71K. (If you already have your own billing staff some of these expenses would be redundant.) Payer mix: 23% cash, 42% Blue Cross, and the rest a variety of other insurances.
