Stroke and Manipulation
The FREE 2-hour course on stroke and manipulation provides current thought on causation, utilizing MR, CT and angiographic anatomy. The incidence rate of stroke after manipulation and the named syndromes of ischemia following vertabral artery injury are also covered. Particular attention is given to current opinions on the use and propriety of vertebral artery screening tests. This course also provides "5 minute rules" for the doctor to follow should symptoms arise after cervical manipulation. This FREE stroke and manipulation course is strongly recommended by Triad Health Care, Inc. and for all doctors insured by NCMIC, National Chiropractic Council and the members of the CCPA. Although the course is FREE, it can also be taken for CE credit, provided it has been approved by a state or provincal chiropractic board.
